Welcome to your online functional yoga class. My name is Claudia Demian and I am a certified yoga teacher with background in sports. When I started yoga, I wasn't flexible and I wasn't very calm, I didn't know the anatomy of movement and I kept getting injured. Practicing with safety oriented teachers, changed the game for me. Studying the anatomy of yoga and movement, I learned that the best way for us, the people just starting our adulthood, to get the most out of the practice is to learn traditional yoga and to combine it with scientifically researched movement.
