If you need any immediate help or advice, please contact your local Commissioner staff. Stan Richards (ScouterStan) born into a professional Scouting family in 1963. He and his brother went through Cub Scouts & Boy Scouts together. Stan achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in 1981. 2002 Stan returned to Scouting with his son to join Cub Scouts. 2004 Stan joined the District Commissioner staff. He picked up lots of training and experiences along the way. As part of a Wood Badge ticket, he posted the 1st knot-tying video on YouTube in 2006.
