Hello, I’m Luna. I’m a sleep coach, but falling asleep never came easily to me. I struggled with severe insomnia from a young age. I tried pills, supplements, therapy — anything I could find. But none of it really worked.
Instead of trying to fix my sleep from the outside, I started working from the inside. I used my mind.
Today, I’m a sleep coach, with a focus on hypnosis and meditation, because I know that your mind is the real key to a peaceful night’s sleep.
Fixing my sleep changed my life, and I started LunaYes to help people like me stop feeling anxious about falling asleep, and instead look forward to the joy and comfort of a peaceful night’s sleep. I believe everybody deserves relaxing nights and energized days.
