My name is Leah and I am a 200-hr classical yoga instructor. My main career is in sea turtle conservation, hence the turtle theme to this channel. I first fell in love with yoga right here on this platform while spending time abroad. Yoga and meditation brought me so much peace and positivity that I wanted to be able to share this with others. I became a certified instructor in 2014 and have just recently started to re-share videos here on my channel. I am so excited to share this space with you all and have you join me on the mat.
