My name is Sophie. I grew up with an illness called Fibromyalgia, and it took me 24 years to find all puzzle pieces necessary to be healthy.

Since 2018 I can finally live the life I always dreamed of. Now I want to support others on their journey to a happier and healthier life.

I am working on this documentary series in my free time. This channel will keep growing, I don't plan to have an end date for it.
