Close your eyes, and shift all of your attention on your breathing and allow your muscles to relax. Tune into your body, and be aware of how it feels. Notice any tension in your body, and give those areas permission to rest. Thank your body for being so good to you. If your mind starts to wander, that is ok. Just go back to focus on your breathing.
