Hi! I am a Hatha Yoga Teacher, trained in the Bikram method, and Yin. When I teach, my goal is for the practitioner to feel included, welcome, and safely guided through the postures. I have over 10 years experience teaching yoga through-out the PNW, Portland, Missoula, and Melbourne AU.
The past few weeks, like so many of you, I’ve found myself suddenly unemployed in the wake of the COVID19 pandemic. I admit, as an introvert the idea of teaching from and online platform was very appealing. I’ve enjoyed connecting with people through my videos that I don’t get to see very often, from all over the world. It’s been an exciting process, and can’t wait to share more videos!
