Jesse Vang told police the last time he saw Elijah Vue was at around 8 a.m. Feb. 20 after Vang had ordered the 3-year-old Elijah to stand next to Vang's bed and pray. Vang fell asleep, and when he woke up nearly three hours later, he said the boy was gone and he called 911 to report him missing at 10:59 a.m. The revelation comes after criminal complaints detailing charges against Vang, 39, and Elijah's mother, Katrina Baur, 31, were filed in Manitowoc County Circuit Court Feb. 26 as the search for Elijah was in its seventh day. Vang, who resides in Two Rivers, and Baur, who resides in Wisconsin Dells, were both arrested last week.
