He was her prom date. They grew up together and were neighbors and best friends. Her mom died the year prior from a long battle and she left her daughter money that she spent her whole life saving up little by little because she knew she was dying and she did it so her daughter could go to college .. and this person killed her for that money.. he wanted all of the money but could only find 5 thousand of it.. and it was all old nasty broken bills that he couldn’t even spend. So yeah this was all for nothing. And her body has never been found 😞 edit to say he threw her over a bridge into a river that empties into the ocean so she will likely never be found

Thank God his friend came forward. He is the hero of this horrific and sad story. He 100% would have killed again and again if he was not cut. The way he talks about killing her, looks like he is enjoying thinking about is.

What hits hard that girl Sarah was Liam and Preston friend from elementary and middle (high) school also a neighbor, they lived house next to the house. They know her for years and suddenly they decided, planed to do this over money. Just to mention on the day of murder Liam was with her on lunch just to kill her hour later - how evil he was all the time all planed in his head.

Just watched bailey tell this story yesterday. He was after the money that girl got from her mom when she passed, only thing is the money was old and falling apart, so he wouldn't have been able to do anything with it.

I hope he enjoys life in prison with the other guys in there knowing what he did. Prisoners have ways of punishing people who hurt women or especially children. There will be bigger and nastier men inside with him, who are also in for life without parole, who have nothing to lose if they hand out their own brand of justice. He is going to regret doing what he did for the rest of his life-not for what he did to his victim, but for what is going to be done to him. Sadly we wont ever hear about it.

I lived in the town where her car was found on the bridge. Always gave me chills going over that bridge knowing her body would never be found.
