Thx Blueprint for pointing out the importance of sticking tight to the regimen. After following your examples I'm now down a bunch of weight and am now no longer prediabetic. Blood sugar now back to normal. Wish me luck in the last half of my weight loss journey. Zero tolerance for good ups = DON'T DIE.

Interested to watch your progress Bryan.
But if some followers are finding it difficult getting down to zero or not even close, I still believe that incorporating at least a few nutrient dense foods to their daily diet will provide some degree of damage control.
Maybe starting with one healthier meal a day and building from there?
And slowly working to bigger goalsā¦.
Thatās what Iām doing for now.

the more stuff iāve seen of bryan over the year the more i see that his goal for most people is to get them to live a feasibly healthier and longer life. sure the ultimate goal of never dying seems far fetched and philosophically iffy, but the practical application of his work is a net positive overall.

Gave up sugar like 6 days ago and now I'm almost down to zero, i did skip my strength workouts this week bc i have very little free time š¢š¢
I sleep well though and i think my nutrition is definitely not perfect but it's decent, especially now without sugar, plus I'm in a calorie deficit, and i also quit smoking about two months ago and i rarely ever drink tbh
