Great advice! I allowed myself to be pressured into drinking regularly in my early twenties. It had an obvious and immediate deleterious impact on my life. I stood up for myself and stopped engaging in such self-destructive behavior after a few months. Now, more than two decades later, I havenât had more than a few glasses of wine or champagne at weddings.
