Well, this may be true, or it may not be true. I would not take the Wall Street journals word for it either way. However, knowing how government does things sometimes, it’s not unbelievable. At any rate, I’m sure that the operators of the bridge, which I suppose, is the port authority, consulted with the operators of those tugboats, which I suppose, is the port authority. Well no matter what else is the case, the Wall Street Journal is so anti-Government/anti-regulation that they would tell any lie they have to gain public support for getting rid of any kind of regulations in any area of our lives. Meanwhile, what has the Wall Street Journal position been about the horror show that Boeing aircraft has turned into?

This is the efficiency of our government agencies , if only they have a way to cross check the traffic data that passes through the river.
