This is the efficiency of our government agencies , if only they have a way to cross check the traffic data that passes through the river.

Like the barge operator could just lower the mast on their boat. But hey, engineers are so smart, right? Why do we have videos of trucks fuckong up their load because its too short. IT'S THE ENGINEES FAULT. Blame the engineers. Not the people that traverse them daily.

Is there a link to the source you used for this video? I was just up there filming this bridge with my drone, and it does not look anywhere near too short.

Well, this may be true, or it may not be true. I would not take the Wall Street journals word for it either way. However, knowing how government does things sometimes, it’s not unbelievable. At any rate, I’m sure that the operators of the bridge, which I suppose, is the port authority, consulted with the operators of those tugboats, which I suppose, is the port authority. Well no matter what else is the case, the Wall Street Journal is so anti-Government/anti-regulation that they would tell any lie they have to gain public support for getting rid of any kind of regulations in any area of our lives. Meanwhile, what has the Wall Street Journal position been about the horror show that Boeing aircraft has turned into?

The old portal bridge is too short.

Liar, the new bridge is not gonna be short, its gonna be higher because the new portal bridge sits higher and will be able to carry more passengers and trains.

Shouldn't be a problem to make and adjustable mast for the tug boat might cost a million but should fix it.
