I also rely heavily on the work of the Arbinger institute for my overall understanding of our ability to choose our life's direction.

"Mini Habits" is the same thing. Bought digital copies of a few self-help books back in 2015 and this one I really liked (altho I didn't finish it, or any). It helped me for a bit but becuz I didn't address my mental health issues, I stopped progressing. In my experience, being dedicated to therapy is key, first and foremost, and then philosophies like 'mini habits' or 'atomic habits' can really make a big difference.
