My life has turned completely around since i started going for a 20 min walk and 10 minutes of streching before work, and lifting for 45 min to an hour after work 3 days a week

Consistency is the key..trust me, I am 53 and looks like I used to in my 20's. Here is the problem though..as you age you must take time to recover and start mobility training in conjunction with your hard work in the gym and your eating habits. Everyone and I mean everyone has some sort of injury to deal with and therefore you need to pinpoint your weaknesses and train with OCD form and not with your ego. Sorry my language is Swedish 😂

You are very good with words, and delivery, and I get a laugh or two every time! I’m consistently learning new things from you that are helping me stay fit and flexible at age 74. For instance, getting up off the floor from a laying to standing position without using my arms. So many thanks! ❤

Big facts. I played rugby for 13 years (I’m female) and some of my teammates shared their national team food & fitness regimens. So much of it is planning well so you can execute well. Now that I’m retired, I have to plan waaaay differently to manage my food & fitness. But it’s still the planning that helps me stay on track or get back on track when I fall off. A lot less beer now helps too 😂 Edit: And also recognizing that I will never be in rugby shape again and that is 100% ok. I’m trying out dancing now ☺

i wake up at 545, turn off the fans and do a random workout in my room (spot jumping, spot jogging, spot sprinting, kneeling pushups, incline pushups, squats, etc) AND walk around 2.5 km in the evening, ive also significantly improved my diet, hoping to see a change soon

I put in at least 2 hours every day if not more. For over 10 years. I’m blessed that I’ve always been thin and never had to worry much about my weight. But I’ve also never been muscular and it’s hard to put on muscle. I don’t look like those buff fitness people do. I remind myself daily it’s about the process and being healthy not about the 6 pack

Couldn't of put it better my self . I had a mini stroke two years ago brought on by stress but up until that day I could sit cross legged. Since then I've had a lot of pain as though my muscles have forgotten. So I've been doing your method for stretching those muscles involved and things are getting better all the time so thank-you for that. Wish you all the best.😉

Lol! Your right even the best “advisor” is selling something. I don’t think anyone who has given great health and fitness advice isn’t selling or referring something to buy. 😜

also what a lot of fitness people dont tell you: they are most likely doping / using amphentamine or other not so legal supplements its actually quite common in the field and openly talked about once you get into the scene more

100% - especially as you get into middle age. 20 mins - 1 hour a day can a huge difference in your mobility, comfort , health and resilience. The folks who look like fit models have both a genetic predisposition to look like that and they devote a lot of time to eating/fitness (I mean, it's their living, so...).

I believe studies have shown the worst thermogenic diet compared with most thermogenic diet varied no more than about 100 calories a day at the most. Just research what's healthy to eat, exercise and maintain a caloric deficit.

I really think what makes osrs difficult is multitasking. Think about inferno. In fight caves, you did Jad. Now there are 3 of them. And for Zuk, you have to follow the shield, hit the boss, deal with sets, deal with Jad, pray correctly, all at once. None of these things are very hard on their own, but the combination of them makes them hard.
