the problem is when you have no money to verify every aspect of vitamins interactions with frequency, so dont go above 100% the recommended intake of anything unless you are the "most measured human on earth".

Hi Bryan, can you PLEASE focus on healing your thyroid. Not fixing it, HEALING it. Meaning figuring out the cause of dysfunction and bringing it back to full function based on that. You are the perfect candidate to achieve this. Youāve eliminated diet and lifestyle factors that play into the persistence of disease. Your thyroid health and function should be transparently shared along with all of your other measurements. If you are working to restore your hearing, why arenāt you working to understand and heal your hypothyroidism disorder. You would help millions of people.
Thereās studies that investigate the theory that Epstein Barr Virus could be part of the picture in a polymicrobial an/or multi bacterial pathological cause. EBV enters the bloodstream via damaged gut wall (leaky gut) and lodges in the thyroid and hides from the immune system by encasing itself in a protective biofilm extra cellular layer causing the thyroid to become dysfunctional. I feel Bryan is vague about this stuff. Heās like follow me. But do we know about the things we are getting into. Thatās why I tend to follow data, but also whatās good for me personally. I donāt if he clarified the meat versus vegan thing. Because heās not showing any data for meatless. A lot of blue zones are low meat. The data might be behind also.

I died and left my body. I stood feeling the floor on my feet as I watched my body lay dead on the bed. Before I went to sleep that night I was singing praises to God and Jesus. I was praying š and felt joy. My heart stopped in my sleep for about a minute I am assuming. I felt love, peace and had zero concern my life never even crossed my mind once or my family. All I felt was love, peace and I KNEW I was waiting for someone good to come get me. I stood around waiting but before anyone could show up I was back in my body. I did not know his but I later read in the King James Bible when a believer in Jesus dies, an angel comes to escort you to heaven š so you are not alone. I died suddenly so it makes sense. I believe God showed my this on purpose. I sometimes doubted would I really go to heaven? What if I go to hell? Even though I knew I was saved. Not only did God show me that I am in his hands and loved by him and that he would always be with me in spirit and I am never alone or forsaken. I was on my way to heaven. And I am an evangelist. I tried to tell my dad about Jesus for almost two years and he would not have it. Finally I said dad please let me talk to you one last time and I will never bring it up again but hear me out. He did and I told him how Jesus died for us and everything. Then I told him that I had died from my heart stopping in my sleep and that I had been in he hospital the week before for my heart. Hadnāt told him didnāt want to worry him and my family who donāt live nearby. That made my dad go from not believing in life after death of Jesus etc to realizing Jesus is real. Heaven is real.

Pray that out loud and put your faith that jesus died on the cross for your past present and future sins. Shedding his blood to pay the sin debt none of us can pay. To die without jesus means to pay for your own sins in hell. God made hell for Satan and the other fallen angels. Not for us humans. Thatās why Satan tricked Adam and Eve to sin. He did it so when they die they would be seperated from God and in hell. God said no sacrifice animals and the blood š©ø will pay your sins. Then he said enough animals I will send a once and for all. He sent his only begotten son, Jesus. Born to a virgin and God was the father. Jesus lived for 33 years and was god in the flesh. He never sinned because he did not inherit the fallen state we did since he was not of man but of god and a virgin. Then he was crucified on the cross as an innocent man. He died and went to hell for 3 days and 3 nights then God rose him up from the dead. He then later after encouraging his disciples and having a meal went to heaven. He is alive right now as we speak. He is not a š» he is real and he really did rise from the dead. He did this because he is god. God loves us SO MUCH that he literally lived as a human and went through being cold, hungry, beaten etc he lived the perfect life none of us can and then he shed his own blood and went to hell on behalf of us. So we could go directly to heaven. To accept this free gift that can not be earned one must confess with their mouth and believe in their heart god raised him from the dead. If you are non verbal etc you go to heaven donāt worry about that. All animals and children automatically go to heaven too. But us adults can only be saved by accepting Jesus as our lord and our saviour. In doing so, you become sealed with the Holy Spirit. You are now in Gods hands and upon death feel nothing but peace and love. It is a wonderful thing and Satan is so evil you donāt want to neglect to do this because if you decide right here and right now you are going to take this free gift repeat after me and gurantee your spot in heaven ā¤ļø I have done this and others who have been to heaven it is seriously that simple. Faith alone.
