My own ME has led me to believe how long one has been sick and other factors of which we are not yet aware exert a great deal of influence. The problem is we donāt know what the factors are and being judged as not ātryingā if we donāt recover.
I donāt mean pwme should not try these programs, they should. But Iāve spent thousands of dollars trying to be well and after 30 years Iām too sick to even try anymore.

I was finally diagnosed with CFS/ME/fibromyalgia/MCS 27 years ago with only a small amount of help offered from doctors but I never give up researching and trying to get better. The first helpful doctor who diagnosed me (after years of other docs not having a clue) he gave me the book called āThe Yeast Connectionā. He is referenced in the book (Dr. James Brodsky is his name). Doing all the recommendations in the book really helped me for years. Of course Iāve done more things to improve over the years like giving up gluten, going vegan no animal products or dairy and since Iām allergic to fragrances and chemicals, I detoxed my home 27 years ago per the book and tried to stay away from perfume and chemicals, smoke, etc. all the toxins. Iād start with that book along with this channel good luck, and God bless.
