Me as a nordic, did not even understood the term "grass-fed cow" I was like "Duh! All cows eat grass during summer, and hay and ensilage/power pellets during winter... stupid americans." Then I looked into it.
I was horrified when I understood that cows are not allowed to go outside during summer, to play, socialize and eat of the green grass, bask in the sun and chill in the night air. How cruel.

More importantly.. the lack of toxic crap in grassfed, organic. Its far less inflammatory, for both reasons.
