What I donât like about these videos is that itâs promoting a weight loss tea if you read the top and no way a tea did that .Real women we seek instructions-more information-like what foods did you eat? what exercises did you do? What routine were you on etc. I have had 5 kids myself and no weight loss supplement is going to give you those abs and a thin waist like that especially for us women that have had to have a c-section as I understand you did your first one . I was a size 1 before my first child then a size 9 after my last. Right now I am 152 and after watching many of these videos that promote products I think I will start my own video diary once I found out a good routine to do at works, so that I can help myself and other woman become a lot of us do just đ what exercises to do and when the best time a day to do them and how often to do them or what foods we should eat and what time a day, etc
