low carb eating with plenty of meat, fish & eggs is best for all of these conditions. Animal foods are the best source of B12, omega 3 and most other vitamins and minerals. Avoid the grains and starchy carbs and sugar as much as possible. Just make sure you get enough electrolytes and salt. This is from someone with fibro/cfs who knows! :)

Well, if your body needs a lot of protein going vegan is going to make life very hard for you. In fact, for some keto is what helped them recover. Good luck doing that as a vegan. It can be done as a vegetarian, but it’s still hard.

Should be re-titled, this short is specifically addressing vegan and vegetarian deficiencies. And good luck digesting beans and legumes with severe gut dysfuntion.
