highly recommend noise canceling headphones in big crowds. they go everywhere with me now, it makes it so much more manageable and my energy lasts so much longer! it has made shopping a lot easier

Earplugs at concerts are always a good idea, both for preventing overstimulation and to prevent hearing damage! I’m 19 and have hearing damage (I’ve been in band for 8 years) and it’s not fun, take care of your hearing

Honestly, eveyone who can should be wearing some kind of ear protection at loud concerts, not just those wanting to prevent sensory overload. Protect your hearing! Loops are a great option for both

Happy birthday! ❤️And can confirm the loop earplugs/earbuds are really good i use them at school everyday (if not using airpods or i use both so one airpod one loop earbud/earplug) they are really helpful i dont like the loudness so they work well for anyone wondering (Also sorry i got a bit off topic i just really like my loops :3) 🦈

Happy birthday! I have DEFINITELY had a lil "zone-out meltdown" at Pike Place. I think it's the first place I felt comfortable asking for a glass of ice instead of sneaking that I bring my own drink. (I always bring my own tea and Dr Pepper when I'm traveling bc safe food/caffeine)
