Love your warped sense if humor...Also giving yourself forced reps on certain machines and free weights work well such as seated leg curl where you can use your right arm to curl the weight and then resist it coming back.

Lower the Tren, man, jeez. lmao A twist I use for biceps is after my "last set" I'll immediately grab 5lb dumbbells and go until absolute failure with them. It's not a short process, but oh my god the pump and feeling of sheer helplessness when you finally have to drop them... second to none.

Yeah, so I was doing pushups on gymnastics rings, and I did something sort of similar to this, where I couldn't push any more, but couldn't feel my chest working enough, so I stepped forward a bunch, lowering the load, but I also was able to push with my legs on the eccentric to make the lowering phase harder. Now that did something for me.

Reminds me of this thing we used to do with leg extensions in high school. Start at max weight, do reps to failure, drop 1 plate and repeat, all the way down to the bottom of the stack. Couldn't walk for 30 mins after but holy hell it blasted your quads.
