I am an avid fan and follow Rhonda Patrick. Her information has made me smarter. However, at 75, I am very active. I play tennis almost every day πŸ˜…and work out with a specialist trainer. We work out very hard, and when my body is actively working out, my brain is focused on that. Don't ask me for information not connected to my workout. I can barely remember what I did the night before. So maybe after the workout cooldown, I may have cognitive improvements, but I am just not sure. I know my body is in good shape, and I certainly enjoy that.πŸ˜…

Yap! I do feel smarter and energetic, although I was prescribed to lower my blood pressure instead of going straight to medication and it worked!! I still do them even today.

Yes! I run 10miles a day to include 20,000 steps. I feel fantastic when I finish. Interesting thing is that I can keep running even more. I don’t feel winded or exhausted. I’ve also lost a lot of weight. πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ ❀

I agree to the point that it helps you to perform at your optimal level--I do a lot of stair-sprinting and released one video on my channel so far on this subject.

I wonder what sorts of vigorous exercise Einstein, Tesla, or other geniuses did?

It's not gonna "make you smarter"...πŸ˜‘πŸ™„πŸ˜’ It's just gonna help you reach, and function at your inherent cognitive level. Not gonna increase it.

But, telling people to exercise implies people have to be responsible for their health. People would rather blame their genes or doctor for poor health
