Why the heck do you have to talk about someone's sensitive parts? Is that their fault if they have small things or not? Shallow. Remember patients can hear you especially red head ones. A lot of doctors have mental issues but deny treatments.

The whole surgical team talks about anything and everything. Usually there's music on. We're talking about movies, music, tv shows, sports, our kids or family things, what it's like where we live... just about anything you can imagine gets touched on at some point. We're people. When we know our jobs well enough, we can communicate about the task amid all the conversation and it doesn't disrupt the case at all.
