I totally understand this, but the patient is going to be panicking and in distress. Doing nothing seems kinda cruel. I feel like the patient will get mad at you for just letting it happen๐

Can you make a video about sodium bicarbonate, it confuses a lot of people as it's taught it's for treating acidosis, but is often failed to clarify it's only for metabolic acidosis, if it's used in respiratory acidosis it'll just make it worse and i've seen it given so many times in codes

Everyone in the comments has NO idea what they're talking about. Can't do the Heimlich because it can get lodged deeper into their airway. Coughing is a good sign because they are still getting air exchange. If they are not coughing or making any sounds, you can then perform the Heimlich, or if they go unresponsive and unconscious you start CPR.
