- The story behind Seeds of Peace -
In 1987, with the Cold War still raging, sound healing pioneer Dean Evenson met Ukrainian jazz virtuoso Volodymyr Solianyk when he visited Ukraine and Russia as part of a Citizen Diplomacy tour. Years later, Volodymyr was able to visit the US and record with Dean these beautiful piano and flute pieces.
Volodymyr is currently a Ukrainian war refugee seeking solace in Norway. Now seems like the perfect time to release this music to a world in great need of peace. These tracks that transcend time and culture represent our label's vision: Peace Through Music.
