Hi Dr Jo, I have pain in my "internal intercostal" muscle particularly in the part where the left rib cage takes a turn or the corner if you may. I have gone through your costochrondritis video, it has helped but it is not targeting that specific muscle. Could you please recommend some specific excercises to target that muscle or point me to a video of the same if you have one? It will mean a lot.
