Worse than nothing what they HAD been working on was almost exactly opposite what most gamers had wanted. This was worse than the "do you have phones" debacle, if they had had a live audience there would have booing not cheering. No major reveals, no major content, and this was AFTER a long delay from when Blizzcon normally takes place.

Back in the day videogame players (especially the younger gamers) used to enjoy making the games more using their imagination. Modern games its rare to get the same elements from the actual gameplay. Halo on the Legendary setting was one exception I can think of, and all the Zelda and Nintendo stuff.
