Hey man love your work, I’m struggling to get into the pigeon pose to stretch my glutes and improve external rotation which I believe would sort my issues out, I get pinching in the hip and feel a weird pain in knee and lower leg area when I attempt it. I am willing to pay for any online consultation as I would appreciate your professional advice, I feel close to the solution but just can’t fully figure it out. Thank you.

I'm going to try to describe my tightness, I can put my foot behind my head easily and stuff. But if I lie on my back and put my knee at a 90 degree angle and try to straighten it, it just hurts at like 150 degrees. I'm young, but I was wondering how I can safely warm my body up. I wanna be flexible 💪
Edit: that was a day after a type of workout I had never done before, it was very hard on my shoulders and tendons (idk I'm not a doctor 😂
