The industrial complex of over inflated degrees is a more comfortable path I encourage to take if presented with such an opportunity. What advice would you give a man who can turn people into leaders? My husband has created a whole team from the ground up, created leaders and his team works like clock work where he can eat shit all week. He’s done other projects to get promoted but has been passed over because he’s a white straight male. I’ve seen him work and he’s an amazing boss but this company is woke so they don’t care.
