She is usually very well dressed, elegant and beautiful. This one, a Dramatic nightmare. Shoulders off shoulder. Sloppy neckline. Thin, foldy fabric. Pockets that drag the look further down. No "crispness". Color offers no contrast. Def not her best.

It would work if it wasn't so loose. I own a long straight high waisted skirt of a similar fabric and often receive compliments when I wear it with a fitted cotton top. I'm a dramatic as well.
