A one who spent much of my life as a janitor, I struggled with feeling I was less important. Then I choose to change my attitude and started to choose the attitude of I'm doing this for the Glory of God. What's amazing is it changed my work ethic of half hearted to where I couldn't stand a half hearted effort. When that happened I had people I cleaned for telling me they missed me when I took time off. Everyone who does work for the Glory of the Lord is important.
