TRAUMA doesn't always have to be a doom and gloom subject.

In fact, I have discovered through my own journey and witnessing many others as clients, that the people who have some of the worst traumas have the biggest shifts and awakenings. (If they are willing to do the inner work.)

This is because they have so much energy bound up in their bodies…
It's like carrying a heavy weight around, which can really pull you down and lead you into very negative or toxic situations.

However, this also has a huge potential to be released, thus creating an abundance of energy flow.

When this blocked energy is released, the person often has powerful awakening experiences, bliss, and joy that can carry on for days, weeks, or months!

This is what happened to me on my journey. When I had my first awakenings, I have never felt so much joy and energy in my life!
I was feeling so in love with life. Taking action on what was important... and living to the fullest!

With so much energy flowing, I had a wave of opportunity come my way, new supportive friends, and my life took off in so many ways!
