Been eating about 0.8 for 3 years. Some refeed days but plenty of fasts of various length too. Facilitating proper digestion and absorption via timing(aka IF), chewing and incorporating foods with digestive enzymes(salad, mung sprouts, avocados) matters.

I am 105-110 fluctuate lean, i eat 120-150 g protein a day depending on how hard/heavy I lift plus tryna eat in a surplus to gain more muscle and bulk up.

Amazing is how all of these always forget to mention how grams of protein relates to grams of the stuff containing them. Like a 60 gram egg is 12 grams of protein and meat and fish deliver some 35 percent of weight in terms of proteins.
