Change your diet. Study adhd as if the world has abused you for the last 35 years and fix old patterns within. Stop talking to professionals as well, they still don't have the correct answer after being asked repeatedly.

I am a 48 year old female and I have struggled all my life with all of these. I even tried to go back to college to get my gcse and couldn't stay focused at 30 years. My daughter has ADHD and was diagnosed when she was 15 years old. More needs to be done for parents of ADHD children. So many of us just get left behind. Also why is it so hard for adults to get diagnosed. Especially woman.
