QUESTIONS: Are they the ONLY foods you eat? And are these these eaten at every meal....breakfast, lunch and dinner??? You aren't providing enough information that we need. And How much of each food group in pounds and ounces? What do you eat at each meal??....do you eat just eggs at breakfast, just avocado and berries at lunch, and only steak for dinner?? PLEASE PROVIDE MORE DETAILS!!! THANK YOU!

Thank you for giving us all in menopause great information . I suffer from Hashimoto thyroditis and I have FH factor gene that makes too much cholesterol in my body . I’ve had to switch to eating only fish , no shell fish at all , every day. I miss steak and whole eggs. I’ve switched to egg whites with 1/2 avocado and blueberries for breakfast. Only a whole diet is the way to nourish our bodies and avoid sugar and white flour and white salt at all costs they are toxic to our bodies!
