That's why I like incline curls. I'm waaay more stretched, so ANY tension is way more than I usually get. Therefore I use much less weight and am safer. Plus the pump is friggin insane

Has he ever addressed the fact that he had a full head of hair a few years ago? Im about to start TRT but my levels are only borderline low The hair thing kinda has me thinking i should put it off awhile Im hoping for him it was just his time, genetics
