Your home is your sanctuary, and you want it to feel clean and fresh. But when you're trying to get a handle on your cleaning routine, it's easy to get overwhelmed by the number of products out there.

Baking soda makes an excellent all-purpose cleaner, especially when combined with vinegar or lemon juice.

Here are three ways to use baking soda to clean your home naturally:

1) Clean Your Oven

You can clean your oven naturally by sprinkling 1/2 cup of baking soda inside of it, letting it sit overnight (or at least eight hours), and then wiping away any residue with a damp cloth or sponge. It's as simple as that!

2) Freshen Up Your Fridge

Baking soda can help you deodorize your fridge! Sprinkle a little baking soda in the bottom of the fridge, then wipe it out with a sponge or rag. Your fridge will smell fresh and clean!

Or fill a bowl with water and sprinkle a few tablespoons of baking soda in it, then place it in the fridge or freezer overnight. The next morning, wipe off any excess water with a paper towel and enjoy the fresh scent!

3) Clean Your Sink

If you want to clean your sink, all you need is a little baking soda and some warm water. Sprinkle some baking soda into your sink and fill it with warm water. Let it sit for about five minutes, then scrub away any stains or dirt that might be lingering on the surface of your sink!

You can even use baking soda to clean your toilet! Sprinkle some onto the surface of the inside of your toilet bowl and scrub with a toilet brush until you've removed all of the grime and dirt buildup.
