Porn restructures parts of the brain like its neruoplasticity and fucks with parts like the amygdala (emotion regulating) Frontal cortex (Reasoning) hippocampus (short term memory to long term memory converter) and many more including chemical imbalances like seratonin levels, dopamin (which is the reason your brain hardwires to the addiction and stops enjoying other facets of life like hobbies) which can lead to worse grades, social life and especially psychological health.

from my own experience i can tell yall that it made me depressed as frick, i wanted to end myself, kept telling myself i was going to hell and there was no saving me and that there was no saving me anymore, i just felt like i was going insane and thought that i was never escaping it but ive been progressing a lot and i have actually been lessening my addiction by a lot which im forever thankful to myself for and i feel way better now. thank god.

Fun fact, I got marching band camp, I can only get on my phone in between those 10 hours for like 2-3 hours, I get home to listen to music and then once it strikes 7 I'll take a nap, I'd say I've got a healthy life style

God helped me get unaddicted to corn. Wasnt too difficult with his help. If your addicted to it i suggest turn to god and ask for help
