I found the sweet spot where I didnāt feel the effects in my body and there was just barely any noticeable euphoria. I went just below that dosage and bam- that was my spot. Itās not a cure all but it helps me. Especially in public. Iām not ācuredā but I can interact with difficult people in public, deal with road rage folks, and have more productive interactions at work. For me, itās made getting angry very embarrassing to myself(which it has been for the people around me since forever). Iām not a wordsmith so, Iām probably not making much sense but, it works really well for me and I think itās at least worth a try for others.

Im currently writing my degree dissertation on psilocybin use for treatment resistant depression and this stuff is the nuts.
However, as someone who is due to be a qualified psychiatric/mental health nurse in a few weeks' time, it saddens me that, unfortunately, big pharma will never allow this stuff to replace any current treatment for depression.

I personally do a gram of PE's once or twice a week (when im not doing MDMA) and honestly it really helps those off days. Unfortunately i dont grow them and they can get quite pricey, so if they are legalized like pot in most states, making it cheaper and more readily available, thatd be life changing for a lot of people.

You gotta have a huge healthy breakfast, Iām talking a big omelette with orange juice and preset happy uplifting playlist for the day, you also have to already have a list made for what you are going to do, half way through the meal pop a half dose, finish the meal, drink a warm green tea, take a shower then go for a jog (clothes already set out before hand) ideally you want to have your entire place clean before taking it as well. When you get back from the run, take another shower and dress (premade outfit from the night prior) the night prior you do not want to eat heavily processed foods, try white meats, donāt drink the night prior and get the full 8 hrs. You start your list then and if you need to run errands that involve a car Uber donāt use friends or a loved ones. You pre plan ur day and dress so you donāt get distracted, you do the breakfast to slow the absorption. You do the orange juice so the sugar in it spikes your insulin to prime the absorption. You shower to set the mood, you run to up your natural state, you shower after to set the mood, you donāt use loved ones because if you do you will either get distracted or paranoid. Hiring drivers and using head phones with your premade playlist keeps you separate from judges, the playlist is upbeat to keep your mood up. Four pass you take the rest of the dose and drink a coffee, a mid day 10 minute guided ram dass meditation helps as well. I use to microdose for a living lol
