Just because you are losing weight does not mean it is fat sometimes it can be muscle loss or water weight loss. If your protein intake is not on point you can loss muscle. you need to be eating 1.2-1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. You need more protein to help the body hold on to muscle in a deficit. Also, you need to be doing a good workout program. Remember if you're Natural you will look small if you lean down. There is no natural that can get big and lean at the same time or stay big and get lean it can only be down with gear.
