I've cobbled together a "life hack" type sauna with a portable sauna steamer, with a tripple bar fan heater, gets up to about 55°C with 80% humidity. I do that for an hour 3-5x a week

Just living in the South, you can just walk outside. There's your sauna and it's pretty convenient. I like the sound of ice baths

I definitely might need to find a local sauna. I've been trying to fully open up my drainage pathways. Because it seems I've been building up toxins in my liver possibly.

I've never found a portable sauna that got remotely more than "kinda warm"

That took a lot of time to acknowledge this… now does it also prevent loss of muscle mass ?

What about hot baths? She's spoken of hot baths as an alternative.

Hot yoga with a whole class sounds like a terrible idea.

And if you have access to none of this, just live in a really hot/humid place and stay out of the air conditioning, drink a lot of water ,eat less, than just sweat sweat sweat!!

I find 170 degrees sauna to be much easier than steam. Sauna 172-174, 20 minutes not difficult. Steam-you heat up faster 🥵🥵😜 The chill/relax feeling after sow-nuh (correct pronunciation) is priceless!
