I used to have really bad insomnia. And one thing that helped me initially was playing a podcast or audio book to stop my brain from overthinking life stuff. And obviously consistency

Sleep science is real science! Due to my son (the one that reminds me of you) having narcolepsy in his teens, I began to study sleep. Fascinating!!! We thought he was having seizures. But when they did the eeg it turned out he fell asleep multiple times in a 20 minute test! Another son also has symptoms so he was tested also. His brain waves were as if he was asleep when he was awake. His brain waves were as if he was awake when he appeared asleep!! And then there was the sleep debt we had to correct. Who knew? Lack of sleep accumulates. The brain Keeps track!! You canā€™t outrun bad sleep or lack of it. You are a wonder Bryan. Iā€™m enjoying your research and sharing. ā¤
