In a swarm they're unbelievably gentle because they're homeless. They have nothing to guard and they only have a few days worth of food in their tummies. You can't believe how incredibly tickly it is to have all those little critters in your hands. It vibrates your whole body.

I save bees at work. They drown in my energy drinks every time I leave a can outside. I once found 2 floating together, one in bad shape and the other hugging onto it like Rose and Jack Dawson on the door in the middle of the Atlantic. I poured them onto the ground and watched one bee attempt cpr on the other, then they walked in circles in the puddle shaking their heads and cleaning themselves.
Another great day of saving the beeeeez.

When i was a kid, bees used to land on me. Used to scare the other kids, but i was told that a bee won't sting you if it doesn't sense fear. Still to this day, when there are bees, I just remain calm. I have never been stung by a bee. π π
