It takes only a daily practice but who keeps doing things daily for a couple months it takes dedication but it’s so simple to get to an illuminated state just expanding your energy with the heart and brain connection with breath work and just expanding your energy it will awaken your essence and the energy will get stronger and stronger I had to stop my practice and now just getting back into it so it’s very very easy once you know how to but I SAY A DAILY PRACTICE IS THE KEY THATS WHY THE WORD FAITH IS MENTIONED
