I think it can be a bit of a barrier for young people due to many dr's not taking them seriously. Only one gp out of a few has only now taken an array of symptoms (blue sclera included) seriously. Finally getting bloods. Thank you for your videos though, they are interesting

I don’t have any of these symptoms but my cholesterol a month ago was 7 way to high I don’t want to go on statins so I have cut out dairy no cakes biscuits sweets and eating a lot more fruit and veg and exercising lots of green tea too I’m hoping this will bring it down
