I don't exactly agree with this I think it's the fact that they don't present like these issues in unique or creative ways, and are very predictable and in some ways even regressive where they will go full circle right back to being what they're claiming to speak out against. They don't do it in a way that makes you actually learn in a full extent, like looking at the answers in the back of the book instead of thinking and figuring it out yourself, basically you don't formally learn the moral of the story if they just come directly out and tell you. They also like to go on these really long lectures and then introduce the topic in the most cringey way. Like the Barbie movie did Barbie was already a strong powerful independent woman who was the boss, they turned around and made her oppressed, took away all her career fields and just reduced her to Malibu party Barbie. Barbie was an astronaut a doctor I could go on and on and on of all the things Barbie has been she's been a farmer a ranch hand I mean if that doesn't scream strong powerful woman I don't know what the f*** does?
