Pull ups gotta win this. I know itā€™s subjective but pull ups are the most fun, great at building muscle and thereā€™s always a more difficult variation once you master your current one And it works a lot of muscles, nearly every muscle in your torso gets worked (other than chest, but thatā€™s what muscle ups are for)
