I used to bench 225 (before I lost interest), my splits were around 7:30, up to 8 for the half marathons I used to run (before I lost interest), and every night I would go to bed still chewing my last meal. In a couple months I'll be 60, so I guess everybody's different. ๐

My routine is eat brunch around 1pm ....shower ..make bed .hair face go in gym b4 going downstairs ..
Get things done ..then relax and eat..preferably outside in garden get some sunlight .
If going out ..do that .. walk everywhere....dont eat until around 6pm dinner ..snacks 8pm
Watch movie ..then bed around 11.11 pm ..
Sleep til 9.30 am or 10 am
Get at least 9 hours sleep ..
Hopefully restfull sleep ..!
Have a good day folks ..stress free days n nights ....
Eat healthy..veggies meat anything you like..... in moderstion

Stop eating 3 hours before bed. Fast until noon-ish. Get all the veggies and fruit you need to exceed vitamin and mineral requirements. Somehow slam all that in a tight time frame and expect yourself to digest/absorb it. Get in at least 1 gram or protein/body pound (also in that window). Lift and VO2 max train. Work your job. Sauna. Take care of all your family's needs...but good lord, don't eat with them because it might not be in the perfect window. Show your kids mentally healthy habits and don't neglect them while spending time in sauna, ice bath, gym, food prepping, meditating. Ice bath. Supplements. Get outside. Meditate. Sleep even though your stomach is growling. Repeat. Anyone else not able to keep up with all the recommended health habits or make them all make sense when trying to put them together?
