I hooked a tv up to my laptop and have never looked back. The screen is at least 5x bigger I can sit further back and if I really want to I can mount the tv on the wall for a perfect line of sight

This doesn't explain vision issues. I have keratoconus. Even with computer glasses, I still have to lean forward to look at the screen. Also, I have a desk top computer.

I have a secretary desk, so the laptop and the second screen go on top and the keyboard goes on the bottom. Perfect for making sure I am not always looking down.

Lordy are people really making videos like v this? At home one can create an ergonomically correct space, at work your company should have regulations regarding ergo correct equipment - I bet it’s tucked away in an instruction/notice/policy. Doesn’t have to be expensive, you can carefully DIY your space to your taste and body type. Give it your best note.

I've noticed in having neck pain lately. I started holding my phone up at eye level for that reason. It's helping. 😊 ❤
