800 g broccoli (28 oz)
2 carrots
1 onion
3 eggs
400 ml animal or vegetable milk (1+ 3/4 cup)
1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
150 g flour (1+ 1/4 cup)
grated cheese
olive oil and salt
Method:
- Cut the broccoli, onion and carrots
- Add oil, salt and 1 cup of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes
- Beat 3 eggs with the milk, flour, salt and yeast
- Pour the vegetables into a baking tray and flatten slightly
- Pour the dough and sprinkle with the cheese
- Bake 180°C for 35 minutes
